The EU Keeps Quiet on Eurobarometer Findings During Debate on Tobacco Policy
The survey findings which would have been available at the time of the debate included the topics being debated, hence could have (and should have) informed the event, as well as future policy on tobacco control. Was the exclusion of this data a mere careless mishap? Or a well planned strategy?
