Russia started digital labeling of e-cigarettes and their respective e-liquids on December 15, 2022. From March 1, 2023, participants in the wholesale and retail trade of e-cigarettes will be required to register in the labeling system.
On April 1, 2023, the ban on wholesale trade of unlabeled products came into effect, and retail information of labeled products began to be transmitted to the system.
